Day 21

Left Bonneville for Berea a little late (difficult to get packed up sometimes). Some mechanical problems with Christopher's bike caused a delay, but still managed 50 miles. We are in Berea Kentucky tonight, a camp site that has a laundry. Clean clothes, a great relief to me and to those we meet, I'm sure.
Tomorrow there will be a slight detour off the route to a town called Danville. It has a bike shop and an added bonus, a brass band festival this weekend. Once we have got the mechanical problems sorted we will need to push on quite hard for a few days to make sure we don't get behind schedule. With any luck the terrain may be a little kinder.
